660.13 RIGHT OF ENTRY OF SERVICE DIRECTOR.

For the purpose of examining cases of violations of this chapter, and for obtaining evidence thereof, the Service Director or Code Enforcement Officer may enter upon any premises in the City and shall make a complaint and institute prosecution against any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter.
