452.11 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT.
   (a)   No person shall park a motor vehicle on private property in the City without the consent of the owner or person in charge of such property.
   (b)   An officer of the Police Department, upon complaint of any person adversely affected, may order into storage any motor vehicle which has been left on private property in the City for more than 72 hours without the permission of the person having the right to possession of such private property.
   (c)   The owner or person in charge of private property may order into storage any motor vehicle which has been left on private property without the permission of the person having the right of possession of such property upon reporting to the Police Department of his intention to do so, and the name and address of the place where such vehicle will be stored.
   (d)   The owner of a vehicle may reclaim possession of the motor vehicle which has been removed from private property upon the payment of the expenses or charges incurred by such removal and storage. If such vehicle remains unclaimed by the owner for 60 days, the vehicle shall be disposed of as provided in Ohio R.C. 737.32 and 737.33.
