(a) The non-emergency use of engine decompression brakes shall not permitted within the City limits of Trenton, Ohio.
(b) The definition of "engine decompression brakes" shall be the same as Ohio R.C. 4513.20(A)(4)(a).
(c) Signs shall be posted at all major entrance to the City advising operators of commercial vehicles of the prohibited use of engine decompression braking.
(d) A violation of this section shall be considered a minor misdemeanor with the fines as prescribed by Chapter 408 of the Codified Ordinances of Trenton.
