(a) No person shall drive or otherwise operate any motorized vehicle, including, but not limited to, a car, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle, in any public park except in a designated parking area. This section shall not apply to service vehicles of the City used to maintain the park, emergency vehicles rendering services in the park or police vehicles patrolling the park.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon the conviction of the same offense within two years.
