406.06 RECORDS OF DIRECTOR; CERTIFIED COPIES.
   The Director of Safety shall keep a record of all rules, regulations and proceedings promulgated in connection with this chapter. A copy of such rules, regulations and proceedings, when certified by him, shall be competent evidence in all courts.
