The form of agreement heretofore prepared by the Community Improvement Corporation and submitted to Council, which agreement, upon due execution by parties thereto, will constitute the plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the City, is hereby approved and confirmed. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
