(a) All net revenues to the City from invoicing for emergency medical transport shall be deposited in an account within the Fire Fund and may be utilized only to supplant capital, equipment, and personnel costs in the Trenton Fire Department.
(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to supercede the rights and responsibilities required of the City Council and City Manager under the City Charter.
