224.01 DUTIES OF CITY ATTORNEY.
   It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to perform the following services:
   (a)   Attend Council executive sessions and meetings; attend Zoning and Planning meetings as requested; attend other meetings with City departments as requested, and prosecute Mayor’s Court session.
   (b)   Periodic telephone conferences and written correspondences with Council, City officers, and other City department heads.
   (c)   Offer legal advice to City Council, officers, and other City departments regarding all legal matters involving the City, and conduct legal research as necessary.
   (d)   Supervise outside legal counsel.
   (e)   Prepare and review routine City contracts and other legal documents as directed by Council or City department heads.
