(a) The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to establish a separate fund for the deposit of receipts from the Federal COPS FAST Grant Program.
(b) The separate fund, which is hereby created, shall be designated as the COPS FAST Fund.
(c) All funds deposited into said COPS FAST Fund shall be used exclusively to abide by the conditions of the grant award and dispersed only upon properly authorized warrants in accordance with the law.
