(a) It shall be the policy of the City of Trenton not to contract with or otherwise support or encourage any firm or business which hires, contracts with or subcontracts with illegally admitted aliens or immigrants without work permits or visas.
(b) Any benefits granted or contracts awarded to such firms or businesses shall be revoked effective with or upon such aliens or immigrants being employed.
