Section 6.06. Personnel Board.

There shall be a Personnel Board consisting of three members, who shall be appointed by the Council. Among the members first appointed, one shall hold office for a term of three (3) years. Thereafter, appointments shall be made for terms of three (3) years. The Council shall fill all vacancies by appointment for the unexpired term. A member of Council shall not serve on this Board.
