Section 6.01. Council Power to Create Boards and Commissions.

In addition to the boards, commissions, agencies and authorities created by this Charter or amendments thereto, the Council may set up such boards, commissions, agencies and authorities as it may deem necessary and determine their powers and duties except that no power or duty shall be taken from any board, commission, agency or authority created by this Charter or amendments thereto.
