The Department of Service shall have the custody, care and maintenance of the public buildings, grounds, streets, sewers, Municipal utilities, and cemeteries. The head of this department shall be known as the Director of Service. He shall perform such functions and duties with reference to the City Manager, in addition to those prescribed in the administrative code.
