Section 5.06. Department of Finance.

The Department of Finance shall perform those functions customarily performed by the auditor and the treasurer under the general laws of Ohio. The director of the Department of Finance shall be known as the Finance Director and be assigned the duties of Treasurer.

The Treasurer shall be appointed by Council for an indefinite term of office.
