(A) Garbage shall be removed from the premises at least once each week throughout all the months of the year.
(B) Garbage receptacles must be of galvanized metal with close-fitting covers, or of other material practical for such purposes, and the receptacles shall be water-tight and shall have a capacity of not to exceed 20 gallons, and shall be kept in a sanitary condition. Ashes and other waste materials shall be placed in containers suitable for handling.
