For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DUMPSTER. Any trash, refuse or debris container except those containers which have a maximum capacity of 96 gallons or less.
GARBAGE. Includes all organic, household or kitchen waste such as unused food and food residues, and any paper used for wrapping.
