§ 137.19 PERMISSIVE SALES.
   The provisions of this subchapter do not prohibit sales of air rifles:
   (A)   By wholesale dealers or jobbers;
   (B)   To be shipped out of the state; and
   (C)   To be used at a target range operated in accordance with 720 ILCS 535/4 or by members of the Armed Services of the United States or veterans’ organizations.
