§ 33.07 CALL FOR ASSISTANCE.
   The Village President or any police officer of the village may at any time call upon any able-bodied person above the age of 21 years to aid him or her in arresting or taking into custody any person guilty of having committed an unlawful act, or charged therewith, or to aid such officer in preventing the commission of an unlawful act. No one shall refuse or neglect to give such aid or assistance when so directed.
