§ 131.06 POSTED NOTICES, PARK CLOSED.
   (A)   No person shall enter upon any park or part thereof which is owned or leased by the Tremont Area Park District and located within the village limits when such park or part thereof is posted “Closed to the Public,” nor shall any person use any such park or part thereof in violation of posted notices.
   (B)   No person shall violate or disobey the directions or instructions contained in any notice or sign posted by the Village Corporate Authorities or the Village Police Chief relating to the use of village property.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined, as prescribed by § 131.99. Any person wishing to settle and compromise an offense shall pay the required amount on or before the date specified in the notice of violation, which date will be approximately ten days from the date on which the notice of violation is given. The payment can be made either by mailing a check or money order, together with the violator’s copy of the ticket to the Village of Tremont, 211 S. Sampson Street, Tremont, IL 61568, or by paying the same in person at the Village Hall during regular business hours. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the “Village of Tremont.”
