No person shall enter upon any park owned or leased by the Tremont Area Park District and located within the village limits between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except when so authorized by the District’s Director and the village’s Chief of Police. The closing hours established herein shall not apply to the three borrow-pit lakes located within the Interstate 155 highway interchange on the east side of the village.
