(A) Every application for such a license shall set forth the commodities to be sold, and the place intended to be occupied or used for the business.
(B) No application for such license shall be granted to a person or business entity who or which seeks to operate such business during the village’s annual Turkey Festival. This provision shall not apply to activities sanctioned by the Tremont Betterment Association and its committees in connection with the Tremont Turkey Festival.
