§ 114.026 PERSONS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE NOT TO BE PERMITTED TO PLAY.
   No proprietor shall permit or allow any person under the age of 16 years to operate or play any coin- operated amusement device, as defined herein, during the hours in which the village’s public schools are in session.
