§ 113.60 PRODUCT SAMPLING.
   (A)   Licensees may conduct product sampling for consumption at a licensed premises. Up to three samples, consisting of no more than one-fourth ounce of distilled spirits, one ounce of wine or two ounces of beer may be served to a consumer in one day.
   (B)   (1)   Notwithstanding the provisions of division (A) above, an on-premises retail licensee may offer for sale and serve more than one drink per person for sampling purposes without violating § 113.59(A)(1) or (B)(6) of this chapter; provided, the total quantity of the sampling package, regardless of the number of containers in which the alcoholic liquor is being served, does not exceed one ounce of distilled spirits, four ounces of wine or 16 ounces of beer.
      (2)   In any event, all provisions of § 113.59 of this chapter shall apply to an on-premises retail licensee that conducts product sampling.
