§ 113.54 CIVIL RIGHTS IN LICENSED PREMISES.
   No licensee shall deny or permit his or her agents and employees to deny any person the full and equal enjoyment of the accommodations, advantages, facilities and privileges of any premises in which alcoholic liquor is authorized to be sold subject only to the conditions and limitations established by law and applicable alike to all citizens.
