§ 113.53 VIEW FROM STREET; LIGHTING; POSTING PRICES.
   (A)   Except for restaurants, no screen, blind, curtain, partition, article or thing shall be permitted in the windows or upon the doors of, nor inside of, premises licensed under this chapter for the consumption of alcoholic liquor on such premises, which shall prevent a clear view into the interior of such licensed premises from the street or sidewalk at all times. All rooms where liquor is sold for consumption upon the premises shall be continuously lighted during business hours by natural or artificial white light so that all parts of the interior of the premises shall be clearly visible. All licensees shall maintain a schedule of the prices charged for all drinks of alcoholic liquor to be served and consumed on the licensed premises or in any room or part thereof.
   (B)   Prices of alcoholic liquor shall not be posted or displayed in, upon or adjacent to windows or on the exterior of, or on any property adjacent to, any premises for which has been issued a license authorizing the consumption of alcoholic beverages on such premises.
