§ 113.49 DISPLAY OF SALE TO MINORS WARNING SIGNS.
   Every licensee, whether selling or offering for sale alcoholic liquor for use or consumption on or off the licensed premises, shall cause a sign to be displayed in a prominent place on the licensed premises which shall read as follows:
 
WARNING TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE - You are subject to a fine of up to SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00), under the ordinances of the Village of Tremont, if you purchase alcoholic liquor, or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor or are in possession of alcoholic liquor. The first offense will be TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00). The second offense will be FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (S500.00). The third offense will be SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00).
 
WARNING TO ADULT PATRONS - You are subject to a fine of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00), under the ordinance of the Village of TREMONT, if you purchase alcoholic liquor for delivery to or use by any person under the age of twenty-one.
