§ 32.01 APPOINTMENTS.
   There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements for the village, which shall consist of the Village President, who shall be the President of the Board of Local Improvements, and all of the members of the village’s Board of Trustees. The President, with the approval of the members of the Board of Local Improvements, shall appoint a member of the Board to serve as Secretary, who shall keep written minutes of the Board’s proceedings.
