§ 113.15 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer’s license and a retailer’s license issued by the state’s Liquor Control Commission or in violation of the terms of such license.
