It shall be unlawful for any outdoor advertiser to carry on his or her business unless the name of such advertiser is attached, displayed or printed on all billboards or signboards used by or in any notice, placard or advertisement posted by him or her, in such lettering as to be visible from a distance of at least five feet from the notice or advertisement.
