§ 112.09 UNLAWFUL ADVERTISING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to post or display any advertisement of an obscene or immoral character, as authorized by 65 ILCS 5/11-5-1 and defined in division (B) below, in any advertisement which promotes or causes a clear and present danger to the health, safety and order of the village, and any advertisement for an unlawful gathering, or advertisements of unlawful sales.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, OBSCENE is defined as follows: whether, to a reasonable person applying contemporary community standards, the dominant theme of the material taken as a whole appeals to prurient interests and is without redeeming social value.
