§ 112.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADVERTISER. Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of placing, posting or painting any advertisements notices or displays in or on any place for the purpose of outdoor advertising so that the resultant display is visible from any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place.
