§ 31.09 REMOVAL OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   Except where otherwise provided by statute, the President may remove any officer appointed by him or her, under this code, on any formal charge, whenever he or she is of the opinion that the interests of the village demand removal, with the advice and consent of the Village Board.
