§ 98.003 REPAIR OF STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND THE LIKE.
   All public streets, alleys and sidewalk pavement shall be in good repair. Such repair work, whether done by the village or by the abutting owner, shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works.
