§ 98.001 SUPERVISION BY SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   All public streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public ways in the village shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works. The Superintendent of Public Works shall have supervision over all work thereon, and the cleaning thereof, and shall be charged with the enforcement of all provisions relating to such public places.
