§ 93.081 SALE, USE OR STORAGE OF FIREWORKS.
   No person shall sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, loan, give away, store or have in possession with intent to sell, or to use, discharge or cause to be discharged, fired or otherwise set in action within the village any fireworks, as above defined. However, public exhibition of fireworks and pyrotechnics may be given if a permit therefor be granted by the Board of Trustees. Such public exhibition for which a permit has been duly acquired shall be subject to the supervision of the Fire Chief or of some person designated by him or her.
