§ 93.035 QUANTITY LIMITS; LOCATION OF CONTAINERS.
   (A)   (1)   The maximum capacity of a container for storage of liquified petroleum gas on any premises within the village shall be 2,000 gallons’ water capacity.
      (2)   However, in any particular installation, this capacity limit may be altered at the discretion of the Fire Chief after consideration of special circumstances such as topographical conditions, nature of occupancy and proximity to buildings, facilities of the Fire Department, degree of private fire protection to be provided and due regard to the protection of heavily populated or congested commercial areas.
   (B)   Any container for liquified petroleum gas shall be located no less than ten feet from any lot line.
