§ 30.46 CUSTODY OF CODE; DISTRIBUTION.
   All the printed books containing the code of ordinances shall be deposited with the Village Clerk. The Clerk shall deliver one copy thereof to each officer of the village and to such other persons as the Board of Trustees may direct. The President or Village Clerk shall have the power to extend or to reciprocate courtesies of other municipal corporations by presenting to them a copy of the code.
