§ 90.091 STATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business or activity of a pet shop operator within the village unless he or she shall be currently duly licensed as such under the provisions of the Animal Welfare Act, being 225 ILCS 605/1 et seq., where required.
