§ 90.090 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PET SHOP OPERATOR. Any person who sells, offers for sale or exchange, or offers for adoption, with or without charge or donation, any dogs, cats, birds or other animals commonly kept as pets, or who sells or offers for sale or exchange any food, supplies or equipment for such animals or pets.
