§ 90.076 EX-OFFICIO ANIMAL WELFARE OFFICER.
   In the absence of a duly appointed Animal Welfare Officer, the Chief of Police shall be ex-officio Animal Welfare Officer and shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed for the Animal Welfare Officer in this chapter.
