§ 90.051 PROCUREMENT OF ANIMAL WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF OWNER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in any manner to procure or acquire, or attempt to procure or acquire, or knowingly cause or aid in the procurement or acquisition of any animal for any purpose without the consent of the owner thereof.
