(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to instigate, cause, procure or encourage any fight between animals, either in private or in public.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or attempt to kill by any means any game animal or game birds within the village.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to treat any animal within the village in any cruel manner whatsoever.
