§ 90.018 DUTIES OF PERSONS SUSPECTING ANY DOG OR CAT TO BE SUFFERING FROM RABIES.
   (A)   Every veterinarian or other person discovering or suspecting any dog or cat to be suffering from rabies shall immediately report this matter to the Police Department of the village, giving the name and address of the owner of such dog or cat, if known, the place where the dog or cat can be found and the license tag number of such dog, if known.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section only, any dog or cat which has bitten any person shall be presumed to be suffering from rabies.
