(A) The creation of a loading zone of 30 lineal feet on the west side of South Sampson Street south of its intersection with West South Street, beginning at a point 50 feet from the south curb line of West South Street and continuing south along the west curb line of South Sampson Street a distance of 80 feet, each day from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a time limit imposed of 15 minutes. All emergency responder vehicles shall be exempt from the enforcement of this schedule.
(B) The creation of a loading zone of 70 lineal feet on the south side of Walnut Street, beginning at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Walnut Street and the east right-of-way line of the north-south alley between Sampson Street and Locust Street and continuing east along the south curb line of Walnut Street a distance of 70 feet, each day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a time limit imposed of 30 minutes. All emergency responder vehicles shall be exempt from the enforcement of this schedule.
