(A) Parking in the following locations shall be limited to the specified amount of time:

From 117 South Sampson Street south to East Walnut Street a distance of 280 feet on the west side of the street only | A maximum period of 30 minutes duration between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
From South Sampson Street on the north side of West Walnut Street to the alley a distance of 200 feet | A maximum period of 30 minutes duration between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
(B) The penalty for violation of this schedule shall be a fine of $1 is paid within 24 hours of the violation and $10 is paid after 24 hours.
