§ 75.17 PROTRUDING MEMBERS OF VEHICLES.
   No vehicle with boom, arm, drill rig or other protruding component shall be operated upon any highway in the village unless the protruding component is fastened so as to prevent shifting, bouncing or moving in any manner.
