(A) The following shall be the standing committees of the Board of Trustees:
(1) Sewer;
(2) Waterworks;
(3) Streets and Sidewalks;
(4) Budget and Finance;
(5) Buildings and Grounds;
(6) Parks, Pool and Recreation;
(7) Police, Health and Safety;
(8) Zoning and Planning; and
(9) Personnel.
(B) Special committees shall be created from time to time as directed by the Board of Trustees.
(C) All standing and special committees shall consist of three members each, including the Chairperson, unless the Board shall otherwise direct.
(D) All committees shall be appointed by the Village President.
