(A) The Village Board shall hold its regular meetings in the village hall on the first and third Monday of each and every month, at 7:00 p.m., beginning with the first such meeting in June of 2009, except for Labor Day, in which event the meeting shall be held on the following day.
(B) Special meetings may be called by the Village President or any three Trustees upon at least 24 hours’ notice to all members and the President; provided that, if all of the Trustees are present at a special meeting, no notice of such meeting shall be necessary and such notice shall be deemed waived.
