§ 52.022 WATER FOR FOUNTAINS AND LAWN SPRINKLING.
   The right is reserved to suspend the use of lawn fountains and hose for sprinkling lawns and gardens whenever, in the opinion of the President and Board of Trustees, the public exigencies require.
