§ 51.115 SURCHARGE RATE.
   The rates of surcharges for BOD5 and SS shall be as follows:
   (A)   BOD5: 0.07/100 mg/l per 1,000 gallons per month; and
   (B)   SS: 0.09/100 mg/l per 1,000 gallons per month.
